There are no additional costs. You only need to pay the price listed in our products catalogue.

You can either pay by credit card or by sending cash (paper money) in advance. Checks, money orders or coins are not accepted.

All credit card payments are handled by MultiCards.com.

Customers in Switzerland may also use a deposit slip.

You may use our DVDs only for your own private and personal enjoyment. Any other use requires the prior written permission of SiliconeFree.com.

Any other use of our DVDs (e.g. leasing, reproduction, capturing screenshots, public demonstration, ripping and uploading to blogs, websites, file sharing services, and so on) without the prior written permission of SiliconeFree.com is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is always free, worldwide.

We ship to any country in the world.

DVDs are shipped as Economy-Letters with the Swiss Postal Company. Each DVD is packaged into a separate envelope (i.e. if you order two DVDs you will get two envelopes).

Very discreet packaging. The envelope looks like a private letter with the return address of "Markus Haenggi, Laenggassstrasse 65, 3012 Bern, Switzerland". There's nothing written about SiliconeFree or DVD or similar. Nobody can guess the content.

We ship all items from stock. If on rare occasions an item is out-of-stock we will inform you by email about the delay.

Shipping starts at least 48 hours after submitting your order (to give you the opportunity to cancel your order within 48 hours or to tell us corrections of your address if needed).

Please allow 4-8 days for shipping in Europe and 7-15 days in the rest of the world.

Please note that the shipping may be extremely slow (up to three weeks) on rare occasions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. problems at the postal operator).

If the DVD hasn't arrived after three weeks please contact us via email and we will ship a new DVD free of charge.

If the DVD is damaged during shipping please contact us via email and we will ship a new DVD free of charge. You don't need to send the damaged DVD back.

Refund Policy

Absolutely no refunds in any case. (We must protect ourselves against fraudulent people who are trying to get our DVDs without paying for them, e.g. by copying the DVD to their PCs and then sending it back).

Absolutely no returns (e.g. if you don't like the movie).

If you have ordered a DVD you must keep it and pay for it. You are not allowed to send the DVD back and ask for a refund.

If the DVD hasn't arrived after three weeks please contact us via email and we will ship a new DVD free of charge.

If the DVD is damaged during shipping please contact us via email and we will ship a new DVD free of charge. You don't need to send the damaged DVD back.

Order cancellations are accepted within 48 hours from placing the order. Please contact us via email to cancel your order.
