Do I have to pay any additional costs (e.g. shipping, handling, sales tax, and so on)?

No. You only need to pay the product's price. There are no additional costs.

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card or by sending cash (paper money) in advance. Checks, money orders or coins are not accepted. Customers in Switzerland may also use a deposit slip.

Who is handling the credit card payments?

The credit card payments are handled by Videos4sale.com.

Do I get a confirmation of my purchase?

Yes. After submitting your order you will get two emails:
1. An order confirmation from Videos4sale.com (our credit card payment processor), so you can be sure that your order has arrived.
2. A shipping confirmation from SiliconeFree.com when the DVD actually has been shipped, so you can be sure that the DVD is on its way.
If you have ordered without credit card you will only get the shipping confirmation from SiliconeFree.com.

I didn't get an order confirmation by email. What to do now?

There may be several reasons for missing order confirmations:
- You mistyped your email address so the confirmation email was sent to the wrong address.
- Your mailbox is full so the confirmation email can't be delivered.
- Your spam filter has blocked the confirmation email. Please check your spam folder. To avoid further blockings please allow emails sent from "videos4sale" and "siliconefree.com".
In any case please do not order once again, but contact us via email (include your full name and address) so we can check your order and get back to you.

How does the charge appear on my credit card statement?

Basically Videos4sale.com is handling the credit card payments, but since Videos4sale is cooperating with various international banks the actual charging company may vary. Please note that the charging company was mentioned on the Secure Payment Page when you ordered.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders can't be cancelled.

What if the DVD is damaged during shipping?

If the DVD is damaged during shipping please contact us via email and we will ship a new DVD free of charge. You don't need to send the damaged DVD back.

What if the DVD doesn't arrive?

Please note that the shipping may be extremely slow (up to three weeks) on rare occasions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. problems at the postal operator), so please wait at least three weeks. If the DVD hasn't arrived after three weeks please contact us via email and we will ship a new DVD free of charge.

What if I don't like the DVD? Can I give it back?

No. If you have ordered a DVD you must keep it and pay for it. You are not allowed to send the DVD back and ask for a refund. (We must protect ourselves against fraudulent people who are trying to get our DVDs without paying for them, e.g. by copying the DVD to their PCs and then sending it back).

Can I play the DVDs on a SONY Playstation 2?

I need discreet delivery, so that nobody can guess the content. What does your parcel look like?

It's not a parcel, it's an envelope. The envelope looks like a private letter with the return address of "Markus Haenggi, Laenggassstrasse 65, 3012 Bern, Switzerland". There's nothing written about "SiliconeFree" or "DVD" or other suspicious terms. Nobody can guess the content. Each DVD is packaged into a separate envelope (i.e. if you order two DVDs you will get two envelopes).
