Password

I've just joined but my password doesn't work.
The most common reason for a non-working username/password is false typing. The username and password are case-sensitive, i.e. you need to type it exactly as shown in our email which confirmed your membership (use the same upper- and lowercase characters). Make sure not to accidentally hit the CapsLock key while typing your username/password.

Please note that your password gets blocked for 20 minutes after several unsuccessful login attempts, i.e. if you mistype the password several times (These blocks stop cracking attempts from hackers). If that's the case just wait for half an hour, then try again.

Make sure that the username and password contain letters (a-z, A-Z) and numbers (0-9) only. It won't work if the username or password contains any special characters (like "%" or "*" or "%" or "ä"). In this case ask CCBill at https://support.ccbill.com to remove the special characters from your username or password.

My password has worked for a while, but now it doesn't anymore. I get an "Authorization required" screen.
Your membership has probably expired. Or there has been a problem with charging your credit card (failed rebill). Please lookup your membership informations at https://support.ccbill.com.

Another reason for a non-working password is that our password protection system has blocked your password because it has been used by too many different IP addresses.
This may happen if the password appears in chatrooms, or newsgroups or on password hacking websites. These hackers often just try out many guessed combinations of usernames and passwords.
Many password hacks come from the fact that people are using the same password on various websites (so someone who knows this password will try it out on other sites). Or the password is very simple to guess, like asdf or qwert for instance, or personal names. Or the username and password are nearly the same. Our best adivce is to use different passwords on different sites and to choose a password that can't be guessed.
We are sorry for the inconveniences. We must use a password protection system, because if a password appears on a password hacking site and is used by thousands of unauthorized persons we must pay thousands of dollars for excessive bandwith usage which would simply ruin us.

If your password got blocked please contact CCBill at https://support.ccbill.com. Ask CCBill to change your username and password. Don't have CCBill just re-submit your password (this won't work as the password will still remain blocked). Tell CCBill to assign you a completely new username and password. If CCBill can't handle the situation you may just wait 24 hours. A blocked password automatically gets re-activated after 24 hours (until it possibly gets blocked once more when used by too many different IP adresses again). If you still have problems contact us.

Membership

How do I cancel my recurrent membership?
Lookup your membership informations at https://support.ccbill.com. Make sure to have JavaScript enabled in your browser, otherwise the form doesn't work properly.
On your membership informations page you'll find the link to cancel. By using this link you'll get a cancellation confirmation and thus you can be sure that your membership has been cancelled successfully.

I can't join. My credit card keeps getting rejected.
CCBill is doing very strict security checks. If your credit card is rejected there must be a serious problem with your credit card and you'll need to ask your credit card company about that. You may also try to ask CCBill Consumer Service.
Please remember that you can also join by online check (US residents only) or by sending cash in an envelope.

How do I lookup my membership informations (status, username, password, expiry date, subscription ID)?

I have a question about billing

Technical Problems

I have problems with playing the movies.
For the older movies (until August 5, 2008) please check out this Help for the Movies.
For the newer movies (from August 14, 2008) please check out this Help for the Movies.

There's no sound on the movies.
The small 2-min movies are intentionally without sound, because it would have increased the file size. The small movies are intended for those people surfing the net with a slow analogue modem, so we tried to keep the file size as small as possible.
Of course there's normal sound on the movies in large format. All movies released after December 9, 2003 are available in large format. Some of these movies seem to have no sound just because the scenes are pretty quiet.

Other

I've got another problem.
